Block Listing
Carr's announces that an application for admission to the Official List has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an increase of 601,800 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the existing block listing relating to The Carr's Group Sharesave Scheme 2016.
These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 18 January 2022.
