Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 90,486,054 ordinary shares of 2.5p each with voting rights.

The above figure (90,486,054) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
