("Card Factory" or the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Card Factory has been notified that on 15 January 2019, the Company's CEO, Karen Hubbard disposed, in aggregate, 40,417 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 170.50p per share and on the same day, purchased, in aggregate, 40,417 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 171.03p per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
The Company has also been notified that on 15 January 2019 John Jennings, the husband of Karen Hubbard, the Company's CEO, purchased, in aggregate, 5,824 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 170.44p per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
Ms Hubbard's (and her connected person's) beneficial interest in the Company's shares following these transactions are 130,410 ordinary shares, 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
This notification is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
