Notification of transactions of directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Card Factory has been notified that on 09 January 2020, the Company's CEO, Karen Hubbard, purchased, in aggregate, 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 109.37p per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
Ms Hubbard's (and her connected person's) beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 148,822 ordinary shares, 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
This notification is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
