Dividend record date clarification

Capital Limited announced on the 10th March that the Board of Directors had declared a final dividend for the 2021 period of 2.4cps ($4.5 million). This brings the total dividend declared in 2021 to 3.6c per share.

This dividend will be payable on 10 May 2022 to shareholders on the register as of 8 April 2022 (a correction from 7 April 2022 contained in the initial release).

All other details set out in the announcement were correct and remain unchanged.
