Capital (LSE:CAPD) announces that Michael Rawlinson, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Gold Fields with effect from 1 August 2025. Gold Fields is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under UKLR 6.4.9 (2).
