Issue of Equity, Director/PDMR shareholding and Total Voting Rights
Capital Drilling Limited (CAPD:LN), a leading drilling solutions company focused on emerging and developing markets, today announces that it has issued 419,982 new common shares pursuant to terms of the Company's employee share schemes. The new common shares will rank pari passu with the existing common shares. Certain PDMRs of the Company have received shares pursuant to the terms of the Company's employee share scheme. André Tertius Koekemoer, Chief Financial Officer, has been issued 31,941 new common shares, Jodie Raymond North, Executive General Manager of Production, has been issued 97,201 new common shares, David Regan Payne, Executive General Manager - Commercial, has been issued 36,053 new common shares, Graham John Almond, Executive General Manager - Support has been issued 26,564 new common shares and Anthony Charles Woolfe, Executive General Manager of Assets has been issued 24,876 new common shares.
Separate to the above, the Company also announces that it has today issued 145,455 new common shares to Jamie Boyton, Executive Chairman of the Company, at a price of 55p per share under the Group's Discretionary Bonus Scheme. This represents a previously approved award relating to the 2017 bonus scheme, with a share price value date of 31 March 2017.
The shares are expected to be issued and allotted on 5 April 2018 and admitted to trading on 6 April 2018, following which; the Company's issued share capital will comprise 135,812,596 common shares of $0.0001 each. This figure may be used by shareholders as denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Capital Drilling under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
