Clean Air Power Limited (AIM: CAP), the developer and provider of Dual-FuelTM combustion technology for heavy-duty diesel engines, announces that it has today been notified that Prof. Dr. Karl Viktor Schaller, a Director, acquired 8,750 common shares in the Company on 5 December 2011 at a price of 4p per share. Following this acquisition, his total shareholding is 49,631 shares being 0.04% of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.
