Central African Gold PLC03 April 2008 Central African Gold Plc ("CAG" or the "Company") Block Listing CAG announces than an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange forthe admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 5,000,000 ordinary sharesof 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares, whichrank equally with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, will be allotted fromtime to time in accordance with the exercise of listed warrants and or optionsunder the Company's share option scheme. It is expected that the block listing will become effective on 8 April 2008. Thetotal issued share capital of the Company is currently 166,937,036 OrdinaryShares.
