Share Purchase by Director
The Company (AIM:CAML) was notified on 19 May 2023 that, on the same day, David Swan, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ('Shares') in the Company at a price of ÂĢ2.01 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market.
Following this acquisition, David Swan owns a total of 8,000 Shares representing 0.004% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
