Exercise of Options/PDMR Dealing Notification and Transaction in Own Shares
The Company (AIM:CAML) has been notified that, on 17 January 2020, two of its Directors exercised nominal cost options over ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ('Shares') in the Company at an exercise price of US$0.01 and sold the resulting shares, in part to settle the tax liabilities arising on the exercise, as shown in the table below:

The exercise of Mr Ferrar's options was satisfied by 300,000 Shares from the Central Asia Metals employee benefit trust.
The exercise of Mr Zhakupov's options was satisfied by 40,000 of the Company's Shares from treasury.
As a result, the Company currently holds 471,647 Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 176,026,619. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
