('CAML' or the 'Company')
Option Exercise by Directors
The Company (AIM:CAML) was notified today that, Nick Clarke, Non-Executive Chairman, Nigel Robinson, Chief Executive Officer and Louise Wrathall, Director of Corporate Development of the Company exercised nominal cost options under the Central Asia Metals Employee Share Plan 2011 ("the Plan") over ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ('Shares') in the Company at an exercise price of US$0.01, as set out in the table below. The option exercise was settled by the Company in cash at £2.2206 per Share. Under the Plan, the cash settlement price is calculated from the difference between the average of the middle-market quotations (from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange) for the preceding five days and the exercise price of US$0.01. No actual Shares were sold or acquired in this process.
