Camellia PLC29 September 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 29 September 2005 Camellia Plc ("Camellia") Posting of Circular and Interim Report to Shareholders Further to the announcement by the Boards of Camellia and Linton Park Plc on 28September 2005, a circular convening the Extraordinary General Meeting ofCamellia for 31 October 2005 at which the Directors will seek (i) shareholderauthority to allot up to 248,011 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each inCamellia in connection with the proposal that Linton Park becomes a wholly-ownedsubsidiary of Camellia and (ii) shareholder approval for proposed amendments tothe articles of association, has been posted to shareholders. Camellia's interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2005 has also beenposted to shareholders.
