Synety Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L), was notified on 11th October that on 11th October 2013 Simon Cleaver, Executive Chairman, purchased 38,500 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.32 per Ordinary Share for the benefit of his SIPP.

Following this purchase, Simon Cleaver now holds 275,106 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.34% of the Group's total voting rights.
