The Company has received notification of the following provisional take up of ordinary shares of £0.10 each by Directors of the Company through the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme ("the Scrip"). 

The shares were issued on the London Stock Exchange on 2 June 2023 at 54.39 pence per share, being the Scrip reference share price.
