Patisserie Holdings plc, the leading UK branded café and casual dining group, announces that it has been notified that James Horler, a Non-Executive Director, has sold 47,116 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 367.575 pence per share.
As a result of this sale of ordinary shares, Mr Horler's interest in the share capital of the Company is 100,000 shares.
