LICENCE UPDATE
Cadogan today provides a further update regarding its Pirkovskoe and Zagoryanska special permits ("licences").
Further to the decision of the Kharkiv Appellate Administrative Court of Ukraine (the "Court") dated 13 August 2008, which allowed Cadogan to appeal against the Poltava Region Commercial Court's earlier decision on the invalidation of the Pirkovskoe licence, a hearing took place on 17 September 2008. At the hearing, at Cadogan's behest, the Court requested additional documents for consideration from NJSC "Nadra of Ukraine", Poltavanaftogazgeologia (subsidiary of NJSC "Nadra of Ukraine") and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine and scheduled the next hearing for 22 September 2008.
The hearing by the Court of appeal against the Poltava Region Commercial Court's earlier decision dated June 12, 2008 on the invalidation of the Zagoryanska licence is scheduled for today, September 18, 2008.
