The Board of Cadogan announces that Peter Biddlestone has relinquished his role as Asset Development Director and will step down from the Board and leave the Company's employment on 30th June 2009.
The Board of Cadogan wishes to make clear that Peter Biddlestone is not the subject of the investigations related to the procurement irregularities announced by the Company on 29th May 2009 and 26th June 2009.
