28 June 2007 Northern Petroleum Plc ("the Company") Director's Shareholding
The Company was informed yesterday after market close that 25,000 ordinary shares of the Company were purchased by the SIPP of Tony Brewer, a director of the Company, at a price of 184p per share. This purchase brings Mr Brewer's beneficial shareholding to 75,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.11 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
