("Bellzone" or "the Company")

 Change in Significant Shareholding

Bellzone Mining plc (AIM: BZM) has been notified that on 31 July 2015, China Sonangol (S) Pte. Ltd. transferred its shareholding of 571,024,179 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company, representing a 50.50 per cent. holding in the Company, to Hudson Global Group Limited ("Hudson").

Hudson, in common with China Sonangol (S) Pte. Ltd., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Sonangol International Limited.

There being no change in the ultimate beneficial owner of the above shareholding, the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers has confirmed that there is no requirement for Hudson or China Sonangol International Limited to make a Rule 9 offer for the shares in the Company not already held by Hudson or China Sonangol International Limited.
