Directors' Holdings in Company
Further to the announcement made on 9 August 2013, Byotrol plc clarifies that the disposal by Maunby Investment Management Ltd of 350,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") was on behalf of Fund JF1, a fund administered by Jervaulx Capital ("Jervaulx"). The Company understands that this disposal was made following a decision by the directors of Jervaulx to close the fund that held these shares. Nicholas Martel, non-executive director of Byotrol, has a controlling interest in Jervaulx but is not a director of Jervaulx.
Accordingly, following this transaction, Nicholas Martel has a personal beneficial interest in 1,650,000 Ordinary Shares equating to 1.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Mr. Martel also has a non-beneficial interest in 17,693,513 Ordinary Shares equating to 11.8 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
