Byotrol PLC27 November 2006 27 November 2006 Byotrol plc ("Byotrol" or the "Company") Board Appointment The Board of Byotrol announces today the appointment of Richard William Bell aspart-time Finance Director, with effect from 1 December 2006. Mr Bell is 55 years old. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1975 and wasregistered as an FCA in 1982. He left the profession in 1979 and joined FisonsPlc, where he held several roles in both group head office and the horticulturedivision. Mr Bell worked at Barr & Wallace Arnold Trust plc from 1986 to 1998and was Group Financial Director from 1995. He was Chief Operating Officer ofSandicliffe Motor Group Limited from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 until the presenthe has been a Director of Bedingham Bell Limited, a consultancy providingfinancial and general management services. Other than the above, Mr Bell is also currently a director of Bradford TeachingHospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Red Labell Limited. Within the last five years, Mr Bell has also been a Director of Smart ApproachGroup plc and Smart Approach Limited from 2005 to 2006. Both companies enteredadministration on 2 February 2006 with liabilities owing to creditors of£527,000 of which £247,000 was due to directors. The Company confirms that no other details are required to be disclosed underparagraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
