Director's Holdings in Company
Further to the announcements made on 9 and 13 August 2013, Byotrol plc was notified on 14 August 2013 that on that date Maunby Investment Management Ltd ("Maunby") disposed of a further 400,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
This disposal was also on behalf of Fund JF1, a fund administered by Jervaulx Capital ("Jervaulx"). The Company understands that this transaction concludes the disposals by Fund JF1. Nicholas Martel, non-executive director of Byotrol, has a controlling interest in Jervaulx but is not a director of Jervaulx.
Following this latest transaction, Maunby now holds 24,599,709 Ordinary Shares representing 16.5 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Accordingly, following this transaction, Nicholas Martel has a personal beneficial interest in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares equating to 0.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Martel also has a non-beneficial interest in 17,693,513 Ordinary Shares equating to 11.8 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
