Payment of Cash Dividend
Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("BPL", "Beximco Pharma" or "Company"; AIM Symbol: BXP), the fast-growing manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, today announces that the 5% final cash dividend of the nominal value per ordinary share/GDR (Taka 0.50 per ordinary share/GDR) for the 18 month period ended 30 June, 2016, which was approved in the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 19 November, 2016, has been deposited with the custodian bank in Dhaka for onward credit to respective GDR holders' accounts.
