Beximco Pharmaceuticals Commences Exports to Botswana Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("BPL" or the "Company") (AIM Symbol: BXP), theleading drug manufacturer in Bangladesh, announces that it has commencedexporting drugs into Botswana. Botswana, with an estimated population of over 1.6 million, has an extensivenetwork of primary hospitals, clinics and mobile services which enables overninety percent of Botswana's population to be within easy reach of health carefacilities. Botswana is renowned for its successful management of malnutritionand the ratio of doctors to patients in Botswana is one of the highest in thesub-Saharan Africa region.
