DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Bristol Water plc announces the appointment of Susan Jane Davy as a non-executive director of Bristol Water plc with effect from 9 March 2022.
Susan Davy is the Chief Executive of Pennon Group plc the ultimate parent of Bristol Water plc. In addition, Susan holds directorships in South West Water Limited, Pennon Water Services Limited, Water UK, Creww Executive Board Limited and Restor plc.
Bristol Water Chairman Keith Ludeman said: "I am pleased to welcome Susan to the Board of Bristol Water, my fellow directors and I are looking forward to working with her."
