Bristol Water PLC10 October 2007 Bristol Water plc Directorate Change Andy Nield, 51, Group Finance Director of Bristol Water plc (the "Company") hasresigned today with effect from 30 November 2007. Andy plans to explore newchallenges and opportunities. Andy has acted as Finance Director for 7 years, initially on the board of thelisted parent companies Bristol Water Holdings plc and Bristol Water Group plcprior to the agreed takeover in 2006 by Agbar. Moger Woolley, Chairman of the Board of Bristol Water plc, said: "Andy will be much missed. He has been a very significant contributor to thegroup's progress, which culminated in 2006 with the group's sale to Agbar.On behalf of the Company, and all our staff, I want to express our warmestthanks for his tremendous service.
