Further to the announcement on 3rd July 2012 that Mr Andrew Higginson would be joining the Company as a non-executive director with effect from immediately after the Annual General Meeting held on 3rd July 2012, this announcement is to confirm, in accordance with LR 9.6.13 that:

1. Mr Higginson is currently a director of Tesco plc and a non-executive director of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc having been appointed to those positions on 17th November 1997 and 1st September 2004 respectively; and
Β
2. there are no further matters to be disclosed in relation to paragraphs (2) to (6) inclusive, of LR 9.6.13.
