Dividend Declaration

The Company announced on 2 May 2019 a full year dividend of 7.1 pence per share. This comprises an interim dividend of 2.83 pence per share and a proposed final dividend of 4.27 pence per share.

The dates for the final dividend, which is subject to shareholder approval, are as follows:

Ex-dividend date 4 July 2019

Record date 5 July 2019

Payment date 2 August 2019
