Further to the announcement made on Thursday 14 March 2013 regarding the appointment of Fiona Laird, Simon Patterson and Ronald McMillan as non-executive directors of the Company, the Company now confirms that there are no further matters which are required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13 concerning any of the said appointments.
