Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights

 

 

The Company announces that on 30 July 2025 it made a market purchase of 1,008,868 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 50.13 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury

48,994,194

Total Voting Rights/Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
