Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company")
The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released at 11:04:32 on 3 March 2025 under RNS Number 1087Z.
The correct number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 440,736,479 and the total voting rights/number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 396,036,914.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.
Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at the close of business on 28 February 2025, the Company had 440,736,479 Ordinary shares in issue, of which 44,699,565 were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company was 396,036,914.
The above figure (396,036,914) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
