The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 June 2022 was 67.66p per share.
An interim dividend of 3.0p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2022 has been declared and is payable on 9 September 2022 to members on the register as at 12 August 2022.
The interim dividend of 3.0p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 June 2022 as the ex-dividend date is 11 August 2022.
