Baronsmead VCT plc, Baronsmead VCT 2 plc, Baronsmead VCT 3 plc and BaronsmeadVCT 4 plc ISSUE OF SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS Baronsmead VCT plc, Baronsmead VCT 2 plc, Baronsmead VCT 3 plc and BaronsmeadVCT 4 plc (together, "the Companies") announce that they have published asupplementary prospectus ("the Supplementary Prospectus") relating to theoffers for subscription for new Ordinary Shares of 10p each in each of theCompanies to raise, in aggregate, up to £40 million (before issue costs).
