NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Britvic plc (the "Company") was notified on 20 December 2017, that the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities acquired, on 19 December 2017, options to acquire at the price of 792 pence per ordinary share of 20 pence each such number of the Company's ordinary shares as set out against their names below, under the 2017 Britvic Executive Share Option Plan (ESOP), and conditional awards to acquire, for no consideration, such number of the Company's ordinary shares as are set out against their names below, under the 2017 Britvic Performance Share Plan (PSP):
