RESULT OF AGM
Burford Capital Limited ("Burford Capital" or "Burford" or "the Company"), the world's largest provider of investment capital and risk solutions for litigation, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting today were approved by shareholders, of whom more than 75% were represented in person or by proxy.
Among other matters, shareholders unanimously approved the dividend payment of 4.768¢ per share. That dividend will be payable on 17 June 2013 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 24 May 2013.
