BURFORD DIVIDEND CURRENCY ELECTION
On 4 April 2012, Burford Capital Limited ("Burford") proposed a dividend of 3.66 cents per ordinary share payable on 23 May 2012 to holders on the record date of 20 April 2012. Burford also announced that the dividend would be converted to and paid in GBP unless holders elect to receive the dividend in US Dollars.
Any election to receive the dividend in US Dollars must be made by close of business on 4 May 2012 by contacting either the registrar, Capita Registrars (Guernsey) Limited, or the company secretary, International Administration Group (Guernsey) Limited, to obtain the election form.
