BURFORD CAPITAL LIMITEDNotification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilitiesBurford Capital Limited ("Burford") has been notified of certain purchases of the bonds issued by Burford Capital Finance LLC (the "Company"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford, made by Christopher P. Bogart, Burford's Chief Executive Officer, and Jonathan Molot, Burford's Chief Investment Officer.
On 28 May 2020, Mr Bogart purchased 5,000 6.125% US Dollar denominated bonds due 12 August 2025 issued by the Company ("Bonds") and Mr Molot also purchased 5,000 Bonds, in each case at a price of US$87.375 per Bond.
The Notification of Dealing Forms for each of the transactions mentioned above are included at the end of this announcement.
