Director purchase of shares
Burford Capital Limited (the "Company") announces that, on 21 October 2014, the Company was notified, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, that David Charles Lowe (non-executive director of the Company) had bought 60,000 ordinary shares of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") on 21 October 2014 at £1.22 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Lowe now holds 160,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.08% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
Burford Capital Limited (the "Company") further announces that, on 21 October 2014, the Company was notified, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, that David Charles Lowe had bought 120,000 Burford Capital PLC 6.5% Sterling Guaranteed Bonds due 2022 (the "Bonds") on 21 October 2014 at £102.60 per Bond. Today's purchase brings Mr Lowe's holding of Bonds to 300,000.
