Notification Of Transaction By Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

On September 30, 2024, Travis Lenkner, Burford's recently appointed Chief Development Officer, was granted 15,016 Burford's ordinary shares of nil par value (50% of which are subject to performance conditions) under the Burford Capital 2016 Long Term Incentive Plan.
