BT Group plc (the "Company" or "BT") announces that it was informed that Jan du Plessis, Chairman of the Company, has today, 26 March 2021, sold 1,000,000 BT Group plc ordinary shares held in his own name, and his spouse (as a person closely associated with him) has purchased 1,000,000 BT Group plc ordinary shares. As such, Jan du Plessis' deemed beneficial interest in BT shares held by him and persons closed asscoiated remains unchanged.
