Director's Shareholding
On 17 May 2019, Richard Spencer, Chief Investment Officer exercised awards granted over the ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares") under the Company's 2012 and 2013 Long Term Incentive Schemes (the "Awards"). The table below summarises the exercise and the number of shares sold to discharge the tax liabilities:

Employee Benefit Trust Dealing
To satisfy the exercise of the Awards, the Shares were transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). The Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT now holds 268,626 Shares, representing 1.93 % of the Company's total voting rights.
