On 23 June 2021, the Company granted pursuant to the 2018 Brooks Macdonald Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") the following exceptional share awards (the "Awards") over the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") to the following executive directors and PDMRs. These are retention awards made under the Plan and reflect the additional responsibilities taken on by these individuals following the appointment of Andrew Shepherd as Group CEO Designate.
