Director / PDMR Shareholding
On 8 November 2022, Richard Hughes, CEO International, exercised awards over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") as exceptional awards and deferred bonus share awards in 2019, 2020 and 2021 as set out in the table below. He has retained all of the resulting Shares.

The Company was notified by JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT holds 582,775 Shares, representing 3.60% of the Company's total voting rights.
