Block Listing Application

Further to the Company's announcement earlier today that its ordinary shares have been admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE"), the Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the LSE for a block listing of 56,556 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Shares"). It is expected that the Shares will be admitted on 31 March 2025.

The block listing application is made in relation to the Brooks Macdonald Approved Share Save Scheme, The Brooks Macdonald Company Share Option Plan and The 2018 Brooks Macdonald Long Term Incentive Plan and will replace the previous AIM block admission.

On exercise the Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares of the Company.
