Braveheart was notified on 26 March 2022 that Trevor Brown of Braveheart and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company has purchased 285,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.16575 per share in an on-market transaction. Trevor Brown now holds a total beneficial interest in 4,751,013 Ordinary Shares (equivalent to 9.09 per cent. of the Company's voting rights).
