Braveheart Investment Group plc (BRH), the AIM-listed investment management group specialising in venture capital investments and investment services to business angels, high net worth individuals, family offices and public sector organisations, announces that it was informed on 31 May 2012 that on that date Jeremy Delmar-Morgan, Non-executive Director, bought 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 14p per share. Following the purchase Mr. Delmar-Morgan has an interest in 50,000 ordinary shares representing 0.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
