Director/PDMR Share Purchase
Blencowe Resources Plc ("Blencowe" or "The Company") (LSE: BRES) is pleased to announce that the Chairman, Cameron Pearce and the CEO Mike Ralston have purchased 100,000 ordinary shares each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on market at a price of 6.45 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Mr Pearce holds 7,016,667 Ordinary Shares (5.9% of the enlarged share capital) and Mike Ralston has a shareholding of 2,725,000 Ordinary Shares (2.3% of the enlarged share capital).
