Holdings in Company

Pursuant to the exercise of warrants announced on 5 July 2017, Breedon was informed on 13 July 2017 by Abicad Holding Limited ("Abicad") that as a result of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company, Abicad's percentage holding reduced accordingly to approximately 17.91%. The number of the Company's issued ordinary shares held by Abicad has not changed and remains 259,120,245.
