The Company has been notified that Mr Jude Lagan, Managing Director, Breedon Cement and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'), has purchased 357,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 69.95p per Ordinary Share. As a consequence, Mr Lagan now has an interest in 357,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's total voting rights.
